What are my payment options?
Forget Me Knots accepts Visa, MasterCard credit card, and PayPal payments. We also accept cashiers checks and money orders. Merchandise will not be shipped until we receive cashiers checks or money orders and they have been credited.
What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed within Forget Me Knots site is in U.S. Dollars.
How much is Sales Tax?
All of our orders that are shipped within California require sales tax and are charged 7.75%. All other orders sent to other destinations in the United States are exempt from sales tax.

How do I order online?
As easy as 1-2-3! Select the products that you wish to purchase and place them in your shopping bag. When you are finished shopping, simply press “buy now”. You will then enter your shipping and billing information, and then summit your order. If you have any problems or questions feel free to call. We will be happy to assist you.
Do you have minimum quantities?
Yes we do. All of the minimum quantities are listed on the buy page. On many of our items we have larger quantity discounts. Please call for that information. In many cases it can be quite a savings, especially for large weddings and events. If you are looking for something special and you don't see it please feel free to ask and maybe we can get it for you.

Forget Me Knots assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. The website uses a secure socket layer (SSL). A SSL Certificate is a digital certificate that authenticates the identity of a Web site to visiting browsers and encrypts information for the server via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Our return policy is that for any returned merchandise within 30 days of purchase, and you have decided to return for any other reason besides being damaged, there will be a 20% restocking fee. There will be no refund on any personalized products including stationary, imprinted merchandise, perishables or merchandise purchased over 15 days. When you have ordered any candy or food items it is your responsibility to have someone at home to receive merchandise. We try our very best to please our customers at all times.
