Ordering What are my payment options? Forget Me Knots accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments. We also accept cashiers checks and money orders. Merchandise will not be shipped until we receive cashiers checks or money orders and they have been credited. What is the currency for all prices? All prices listed within Forget Me Knots site is in U.S. Dollars. How much is Sales Tax? All of our orders that are shipped within California require sales tax and are charged 7.75%. All other orders sent to other destinations in the United States are exempt from sales tax. Can I order by telephone? Of course we would be happy to help you by phone by calling our toll free number 888-385-6687. How do I order online? As easy as 1-2-3! Select the products that you wish to purchase and place them in your shopping bag. When you are finished shopping, simply press “buy now”. You will then enter your shipping and billing information, and then summit your order. If you have any problems or questions feel free to call. We will be happy to assist you. Do you have minimum quantities? Yes we do. All of the minimum quantities are listed on the buy page. On many of our items we have larger quantity discounts. Please call for that information. In many cases it can be quite a savings, especially for large weddings and events. Our return policy is that for any returned merchandise within 30 days of purchase, and you have decided to return for any other reason besides being damaged, there will be a 20% restocking fee. There will be no refund on any personalized products including stationary, imprinted merchandise, perishables or merchandise purchased over 15 days. When you have ordered any candy or food items it is your responsibility to have someone at home to receive merchandise. We try our very best to please our customers at all times. Will I receive an e-mail confirmation of my order and tracking information? Once your order has processed; you will receive an e-mail confirming that order, then you will receive an e-mail once it has been shipped. What information is collected in this transaction? We will be collecting your: e-mail address, First and Last name, Street, City, State, Zip and phone number of you and the destination of the products to be delivered and their information.
What does Forget Me Knots do with the information that is collected? We do not share this information with anyone other then the merchant account bank and processing companies, and the courier companies (UPS, FedEx etc.). Unless you sign up for the newsletter or sign on for updates, then we will be sending you emails of the newsletter and specials. Does Forget Me Knots sell customer's information to third parties? No, all information gathered is kept personal and confidential in Forget Me Knots Sales database, this information is never sold.
